- Intellectual Property
The material contained in the website and the software used is our sole property and you agree to not use it any manner whatsoever. Such permission is specifically personal, non-transferrable, and non-exclusive.
- Indemnity
You agree to release, indemnify and keep us informed against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, demands suffered by us in connection with your failure to comply with the terms and conditions, use of the website, use of our space, use of our services, and infringement of the intellectual property.
